We are pleased to invite you to join our Birthday and Dedication Book Club.  This program will honor your child on his/her birthday with a book selected for our Media Center.  You can also honor teachers, staff and/or family members with a book dedication to the Bayview Media Center.

Your child will choose a book from books purchased for the Birthday and Dedication Book Club.  The selected book will be identified with a bookplate honoring your child or other person of your choice.  Your child will be presented the book during the morning announcements on WBAY.  Then, your child will be the first student to check out the book!  Once the book is returned to Bayview, it will remain in the book collection for other children to check out and enjoy.

If you are interested in participating in this program, please download the form and return with a check (payable to Bayview PTA) or cash for $20.00 and return it to the PTA drawer in the front office or return to your teacher.
